Let's talk about dieting...

Many people wanted to lose weight,but they can't because they can't really control their hunger.Especially during supper times..
Now,I'm going to share my tips for dieting...or u called:'Maintaining a healthy body with a balanced meal'.

First thing,is to never skip breakfast.Never,ever! Skip breakfast.Cause when u woke up,ur body needs to have energy to burn more fat in ur body,even when u just sitting on a chair ur body will still burn fat. So if u skipped ur breakfast,which is the most important meal of a day.Ur metabolism will go slower,so it won't burn any fat,it will only gain you more weight.
And if ur stomach is growling for hunger in the morning,u should really eat something.Cause the more it growls it'll put up more calories when u eat the next meal.

Next,I wanna talk abt a balanced lunch.For lunch,u can have lighter meals.Like half bowl of rice and a bowl of veges and meat.To balance the nutrition for ur body,and ur body fat.Cause if u walk or even sit,ur stomach needs more energy after it used all of the energy that u took in the morning.

Lastly,dinner.dinner is also important but avoid oily food,like fried or grilled.Cause if u eat them before u sleep u'll gain more weight than the fat u actually have.So..eat mostly steam or organic for dinner.

But most importantly,exercise everyday.10-20 minutes is enough for a day.Cause after u took ur lunch,ur metabolism will boost,and if u exercise after 2-3 hours of digestion,it'll burn more fat.I've done jumping jacks at least 30 times per day if I don't move much in school,and dancing too.Dancing also counted as exercising,but only if u do dancing,for simply dance and shake into ur music for 40 minutes.Then u've done enough exercise for one day.

If u don't understand what I am saying,just imagine a cake.U took breakfast in the morning(1 layer of cake),then u walk or sit before u have ur lunch(0.5 cake),then u ate ur lunch(1.75 cake),then u exercise(0.25 cake),then dinner(0.5 cake),but ur body will still burn more fat(somewhere between 0.4-0.3 of a cake).

Then sleep,sleep is also important.It burns fat while u;re sleeping too(Then it's left with 0.2 of fat only).

But never overdo anything from the schedule,u can take junk food but once in a looong time,for like only 2 months 1 time of junk food.

See?Keeping fit is easy.But the key is to control what are u eating.Avoid eating oily,grilled,fried food usually.Cause they're the reason that u can't burn fat even if u follow my schedule for my everyday eating.
Don't look at the picture that I looked 'Normal'.I'm actually big boned so u don't really see me 'skinny'.But I took the last blood test and knew why I have low blood pressure and higher cholesterol.And this is what happens if u overdo my schedule,cause I'm a curious and adventurous person...Well,maybe too adventurous till I have low blood pressure and higher cholesterol...

Why I have these problems?It's not that I ate a lot.It's that I mostly replace my meals with sushi.And sushi actually contain more cholesterol than u guys think.Especially the salmon eggs.The doctor told me that a small,single salmon eggs is a component that every adult human needed everyday.So the cholestrol that salmon eggs contain is very,very high.So don't always take sushi as a meal guys.Once a week is enough...
Also same goes to never overdo any exercise or anything from my schedule.
I'm quite feeling much much better now as I follow my diet again but never overdo it...So...if u guys wanna try my schedule u can try it too...

Also,take fruits if u wanna take tea breaks.Instead of hot chocolate, biscuits or breads.Cause it contains lesser calories and u'll feel full if u take the right amount of fruits.I take apples and oranges,sometimes exotic fruits like avocados or berries.
