About me searching for a appropriate agency for myself...

Okay,I was hungry to get a modeling contract from an modeling agency in my country.
But I didn't find any agency that fits me.
I'm, 36"29"38" and 5"5 (167)tall.
Yes,I'm a plus size...I think...does size 10 counts as a plus size?Some said yes,some said no,it considers as a petite body.
Anyone could tell me can I be a model or a 'plus size model'?
